Hi, I have tried to upload a file of 16mg audio file but I received the following message: Unexpected response from the server. The file may have been uploaded successfully. Check in the Media Library or reload the page.

Can anyone help me? I have reloaded the page, but I still can't upload my file. Thanks.

Hello and thanks for contacting us. Have you tried using another browser and method to upload files to your website (e.g. Media Library section and "Add Post" Media link)?
