Last month I was sent a message - Back Ups for SCHUCH5 are almost full - . I paid for more. This month I received the same notice. What is being backed up? How often is this billing request going to happen. I was hosted by web.com for 20 years and never had to pay for more "Back Up".

Hi Bob! The backup system backs up everything stored on the server, so depending on how many websites you have on your plan and what sort of data they require to run, the space can fill up quickly. In my experience, the cause is either unusually full email boxes or large amounts of high quality images. 

If this is a persistent issue, there are some solutions. You can always go into Backup Manager's settings and deselect directories you know you have backed up elsewhere. Also, it's worth reviewing what files you're keeping on the server in case something you forgot about is taking up a great deal of space. Hope that helps!
