How would you rate the customer service you received?

Not really bad just not responsive. The message appears when in c-panel, when selecting e-mail functions. It is not a login problem. I was perhaps unclear that both Chrome and Firefox produce the same error under the same circumstances.

Hello and thanks for contacting us. I'm not getting that error in Firefox. Have you tried other ways to log into cPanel?
