I have downgraded to Outlook 2007, due to change in employment. When I delete an e-mail, the e-mail is "lined thru" but does not disappear. How do I delete so the e-mail will no longer appear?

Thank you for your question regarding Outlook 2007. Unfortunately, this software is not something we are able to support, so our ability to troubleshoot is limited. It is likely that there is a setting in the program that opts to temporarily remove deleted emails as opposed to permanent deletion.
