We have a unique sells opportunity available in a No Cold Call environment to assist customers with selecting their web hosting platforms.  You will serve as technical expert and educator answering customer questions regarding web hosting services, various software used to build websites, and customer compatibility with our servers.

• Phone sales experience, inbound and outbound
• Ability to learn web technology products
• Ability to understand a client’s needs and present possible solutions
• Excellent command of the English language
• Ability to thrive in a base+commission environment
• Ability to adapt to a changing work environment and new duties
• Diligence in follow up and excellent organizational skills are a MUST!

Preference will be given to candidates with the following experience or skills:

• Knowledge of web hosting (domains, website design & development, email, ftp, etc.)
• Technical sales experience
• Proven success working sales exclusively over the phone or email
