Technical Pipeline Program

We understand how difficult it can be to find the right path to break into a technical industry. It seems most companies care more about professional experience and certifications than technical aptitude and desire to succeed. Experience and education are great ways to advance in your career but we understand a lot of people can gain relevant skills on their own through self study and home projects.

That’s why we created our Technical Pipeline Program. It is designed to help people gain the hands on experience we’re looking for specific to our Technical Support Specialist position. In this industry there are so many different software, troubleshooting avenues, and systems to become familiar with. It can quickly become overwhelming. The Technical Pipeline Program provides direction on what we’re looking for while also giving you the opportunity to become more knowledgeable in those areas.

The program is 100% free. It is a self study, self paced, online course that you can progress through when you have time in your schedule. Our Trainers and Recruiters will be there to grade submitted assignments and answer any questions you have along the way.
