Career Paths at IMH

Two of our Core Values here at InMotion Hosting are “We Cultivate” and “We Improve”! These values are applied to not only how we treat our customers, but also to how we treat our employees. We want to see our employees learn and grow in their positions so they can achieve their professional goals. To help build successful careers, our company provides support to our employees through our Professional Development Program which provides reimbursement for certifications, memberships, and courses!

Did you know that we have 25 members of leadership within our company that started off in entry level positions such as Customer Service Representative, Tier 1 Technical Support, and Sales Representative? Now they hold positions from Supervisor all the way up to Senior Manager!
