What is your current role at InMotion Hosting? What do you like most about it?
Senior Manager – Business Intelligence, HUB Brand Manager, & Product Line Manager of Reseller Products. I love having the opportunity to affect change by improving our products and services to our customers. I also enjoy providing data to the company, which helps guide decision making, helping to improve tools and journeys for both our staff and customers.
What position did you start in with IMH? Tell us about your career growth since then.
When I came across InMotion Hosting, during a job search, I was looking to re-enter the technical industry, after having been out of it for a decade, in the Finance industry. IMH had doubled in size the prior 3 years running, even in a down economy. I felt this was a fantastic opportunity to get in on the ground floor, prove myself, and work my way up the ladder. It couldn’t have worked out better. I now find myself in a position to use both my technical and financial background, along with my love of data. Not only are there current growth paths for employees, but new positions and departments are opening up regularly…so opportunities only continue to grow!

Coolest gadget you own, want to own or have read about?
iRobot – first of all, it’s awesome having a robot vacuum my house for me…however, instead of gaining free time, I find myself watching the iRobot vacuum, attempting to determine it’s algorithm, the entire time!
What would you like to tell us about yourself?
My entry into Software Development was via my TI-85, in high school. I programmed the calculator to do my Calculus & Economics homework for me…I also had it conjugate French verbs. However, my favorite program was an animation of a Pole Vaulter…as Pole Vaulting was my “other” love, alongside of coding.
