Interested in an Affiliate Account Executive Position?

InMotion Hosting is currently looking for an Affiliate Account Executive (B2B) to help expand and manage our partner sales channels and affiliate programs in our Virginia Beach, VA or Denver, CO office. Come work 10 minutes from the ocean in one of WalletHub’s “Best Big Cities to Live in” or hit the slopes in the Mile-High City. We’re offering a $1,000 sign-on bonus and $1,500 in relocation assistance if you’re not local to the area.

In this role, you may be focusing on developing, maintaining, and strengthening B2B relationships with our affiliate partners or prospecting for new partnerships depending on your experience and skill set.

What You’ll Do:

• Build long-term B2B relationships and proactively maintain communication with all partner channels
• Prospect, negotiate, and close contracts with partners that will bring quality, long-term customers to InMotion Hosting
• Develop new affiliate referral/partner channels with affiliate partners like Web Hosting Shopper, User, and Influencer Channels
• Coordinate requirements and negotiate contracts for referral partnerships and new business deals
• Analyze market strategies, deal potential, and financials
• Leverage inbound inquiries regarding InMotion Hosting’s affiliate programs to develop partner channels
• Increase affiliate traffic for InMotion Hosting brands
• Improving the conversion rates of visitors referred by affiliate channels
• Have fun while contributing to the success of our affiliate partners

Ideal Candidates Have:

• A competitive spirit and a strong drive to succeed
• 3-5 years experience in a Web-based Marketing or Business Development related field
• Excellent communication and relationship building skills
• Knowledge of CRM systems like SalesForce, Zoho, SugarCRM, and HubSpot
• Familiarity with the different Affiliate networks like ShareASale, CJ Affiliate (Commission Junction), and Impact Radius
• Proven experience building B2B partner channels.

The below is optional but can help make you a top candidate:

• 1-3 years experience with online affiliate program management
• Experience utilizing Google Analytics or similar web analytic packages
• Previous marketing experience in the web hosting industry
• Experience with digital marketing platforms
• BA or equivalent in Marketing, Advertising or Business related coursework
• Experience using advanced tracking tools like Dynamic Tracking and Pixels
