Development Pipeline Program

Every 6 months our Development Team selects a few interested team members to take part in our Development Pipeline Program. This program is a way for the participants to learn more about the process, procedures, and languages the team uses on a regular basis while fine tuning their own development skill set.

We started this program last year and those who completed our first Development Pipeline at the beginning of 2017 have all since moved up into a Developer role within the company.

This week our 2nd group of participants who started the program in August of 2017 have received certificates of completion. Congratulations to Keith E., Jesse R., and Daniel K. for making it to the finish line through a lot of hard work and dedication! We’re very excited to see your continued professional development.
