Why is the site installed in a subfolder and not the root?

I requested the BoldGrid site be automatically installed but I am thinking that was a mistake. I don't care for the site to have the url with an extra folder and .com in it. It does not look professional.

Hello scott,

Thank you for your question. We are happy to assist with your BoldGrid installation and we apologize for any frustration you have experienced so far. If you'd like to reinstall BoldGrid in the correct location I recommend using the Softaculous Application Installer in your cPanel account. Softaculous will allow you to clearly specify where you want to install the site as explained in the following guide:

If you are still unable to correct this issue I recommend contacting our 24/7 Technical Support team by emailing [email protected], calling 888.321.HOST(4678), or by starting a chat session via your Account Management Panel.

Best Regards,
