Exactly what is Unlimited Email?

I am a web developer.  My client wants to move to Inmotion for the Unlimited Email service.  Even "unlimited" has limits, can you define those limits here?

For the context of this question - My client is in the construction business and they send multiple photos from mobile and camera between staff. Photos can be 1-10mb in size and they sometimes send 1-25 as attachments (e/g: 25mb in a single email)... their complaint with the current vendor is that the emails sometimes don't arrive or arrive hours/days later.

Will there be any issues under the Unlimited email plan in this case?

How would you rate the customer service you received?

Hello Richard,

Thank you for your question, I am happy to clarify the email storage limits. On Shared Hosting, you can set your email accounts to have unlimited space, however if you exceed the 10GB limit then your account will be too large to be included in the automated backup system. You can still exceed that 10GB if necessary.

I am reading on this page that the total storage for email is about 10MB, and that my question involved sending as much as 10mb in attachments during a single email. So I guess it's NOT Unlimited?

Hello Richard,

Thank you for your question, I am happy to provide more information on our email services. Our Shared Hosting accounts have a maximum hourly email limit of 250, meaning you cannot send more than 250 emails per hour from each domain. On VPS and Dedicated Hosting accounts, this limit is removed, allowing you to send an unlimited number of emails per hour. 

Regarding attachments, you can attach up to 50MB worth of files per email message. Unfortunately, due to the number of variables involved in email services, it is difficult to say if the delivery time will differ from your previous host.
