Outlook 365 cannot find incoming email server
After years of no problem starting 7/23/22 Outlook 365 was no longer able to locate the incoming email server for my email account. I did not change setting and the server name and port are as indicated by InMotion.

Sorry for the issue of Outlook 365 no longer being able to locate the incoming email server. While you may not have changed it, you may still need to reset it in your Outlook. Your email settings should reflect your domain name and use the secure ports. These settings can be found in cPanel under Email Accounts > Connect Devices. Please review the settings in your email client.
I checked the email server and it does appear to be working. If the issue persists, please contact our live technical support team. They will be able to troubleshoot the issue with you while directly looking at the servers to verify connectivity.
