The only way to block email clients from accessing the email server would be to block the ports that they use. However, a pro plan does not provide the access you would need to block specific ports. You would need to be on a VPS or Dedicated server plan in order to have root access that can be used to close the ports. Webmail typically uses port 80 like all web traffic.
