I would like to cancel account because the images of the website not show up.

I checked all files for installation based on Prestashop documents but could not find any wrong.

It must be the system issues.

This is the best conclusion of closing account.

I would like to ask you to issue the full refund immediately.

For your consideration, I just opened account this afternoon and close now.

Hello Jung Lee,

Sorry for the issues of your images not appearing.  Typically, images not appearing in the products is not a system problem.  If it were, then there would at least be a broken link or some error showing that the system is attempting to show an image.  On your site, there's nothing showing that an image is even attached to the products.  

I also did look at the code using a browser inspect, and I've seen at least one link for an image:

When I try to use that URL in a browser (to see the image), I immediately get a 404.  This means that the file is not there.  If you simply put your images in the right path, then they will appear.  This kind of error, will occur in any hosting service if the files are in the wrong place or simply not there.

If you are set on cancelling your account, you can do this through the Account Management Panel. We are not able to cancel accounts through the Support Center website.  You can also contact our Customer Service team if you have require assistance.
