Appearance - Theme Editor is not available

We are using Theme Twenty Seventeen. I log in using a full Admin account. When I click on Appearance, the drop down menu does not include the Theme Editor option. I work with another WordPress site (not hosted by InMotion) that uses the same Theme and the Theme Editor option is present.

That is unusual. If you're using a vanilla WordPress installation (not BoldGrid), then the theme editor should be where it usually is. Just to confirm: have you tried deactivating your plugins to see if that brings the theme editor back to the expected place? It's possible that one of the plugins has made an alteration to your dashboard and moved/removed the theme editor. Hope that helps!
