My domain (patrickbresnan.com) was not automatically renewed in December as expected. This is a major crises! Thousands of students depend on it. Please help!! Thank you

Sorry for the issues with the Domain name not renewing. I reviewed your account billing and account notes. I found that we do NOT manage your domain name. You had registered it through another domain registrar (Fast Domains) per the notes on the account. We unfortunately cannot control the renewal for the domain since it is registered with another registrar. You should have received a separate billing notice for the domain through that company.
You will need to contact that registrar as soon as possible to help keep your domain from being taken offline for a lengthy period of time.
