Says I already downloaded when I didn't

When I try to download Prestashop I get the message that I already downloaded it.

Hello and thanks for asking. Assuming you're using Softaculous, have you refreshed the page to ensure it's not installed already? Maybe check that there's nothing in that directory already. If this doesn't help, we'll be happy to help once you provide more information.
