on ftp i am receiving the message, the host name does not match the certificate. How can I fix?

Thank you for your question. Unfortunately, without more information it is difficult to troubleshoot this particular issue. It is likely that you will need to connect using the server IP instead of a domain name. It may be possible to accept the security certificate anyway, but this process will differ depending on what software you are using.
