Refer-A-Friend Terms and Conditions

InMotion Hosting’s web hosting referral program is available to all current customers with accounts in good standing. Customers may refer InMotion Hosting products to friends, family, clients, or colleagues.

• InMotion Hosting will apply the referral reward only if the referred customer signs up for one of the following hosting plans: Shared Hosting, Hosting for WordPress, Reseller Hosting, Managed VPS Hosting, or Dedicated Servers.
• Reward Amounts are as follows:
  • $50 Visa^® Prepaid Card for referrals who purchase Shared (Business Class), WordPress, or Reseller Hosting.
  • $75 Visa^® Prepaid Card for referrals who purchase Managed VPS Hosting or Dedicated Servers.
• The $75 reward applies only to qualifying referrals made after the effective date of this program update and will not be applied retroactively to prior referrals.
• If a Visa^® Prepaid Card is unavailable in your region due to local laws, you may opt to receive one month of free hosting credit per referral instead.
• Referral rewards will not be awarded for non-hosting subscriptions, including but not limited to domain name registrations, Professional Website Services, Backup Manager, add-ons and services.
• Rewards are issued 90 days after the referred purchase. Cancellations or terminations of the referred account within 90 days will void any pending reward.
• Rewards may not be earned on purchases for your web hosting accounts.
• InMotion Hosting will not issue rewards for referrals made through its affiliate program.
• For tracking purposes, you must always use your unique referral link when directing referrals to InMotion Hosting. InMotion Hosting reserves the right to dispute or deny any referral that is not properly tracked through the unique referral link. InMotion Hosting also reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to determine the eligibility of any referral and to withhold rewards if program terms are not met.
• All referrals must conform to InMotion Hosting’s standard Terms of Service. You must claim your referral within 90 days after the referring purchase to be eligible.
