New support team members complete over 280 hours of training covering the LAMP stack, email systems, DNS, cPanel, and other core technologies before working with customers directly. This comprehensive program prepares you to handle most technical scenarios while building skills that translate across the tech industry.

Advanced Product Support (APS)

Our Advanced Product Support team handles complex server configurations, advanced troubleshooting, and technical issues beyond standard support scope. APS specialists work with VPS and Dedicated Server customers on server optimization, security hardening, custom configurations, and performance tuning. This team represents the highest tier of technical expertise at InMotion Hosting.

InMotion Solutions

The InMotion Solutions team provides professional services for customers who need specialized technical assistance. This includes website migrations, application installations, server optimization, and custom configurations. Team members work closely with customers to understand their specific needs and implement solutions that support their business goals.

Sales

Our Sales team helps prospective customers identify the hosting solutions that match their needs. Team members develop expertise in our full product line, from Shared Hosting for small websites to Dedicated Servers for enterprise applications.

Customer Success

Marketing

Our Marketing team drives brand awareness and generates leads through multiple channels. Marketing roles span content creation, demand generation, product marketing, and analytics. The team collaborates closely with Product and Sales to ensure messaging aligns with customer needs and product capabilities.

Development

This includes customer-facing platforms like our Account Management Panel (AMP) and InMotion Central, internal tools for support and operations teams, and automation systems that improve efficiency across the company.

Developers work with technologies including Linux, PHP, MySQL, JavaScript, and various APIs. Projects range from infrastructure automation to user interface improvements, with opportunities to work on both backend systems and customer-facing applications.

Systems Administration

The Systems Administration team maintains the infrastructure that powers hundreds of thousands of websites. Responsibilities include monitoring network health, managing security, optimizing server performance, and scaling infrastructure to meet customer demand.

Systems administrators handle everything from routine maintenance to complex troubleshooting. They work to ensure high uptime, fast performance, and robust security across our data center locations in the United States and Netherlands.

Human Resources

Our HR team manages recruitment, onboarding, employee development, and workplace culture initiatives. Team members coordinate training programs like the Leadership Academy and Emerging Leaders courses, facilitate career coaching sessions, and support the peer-led committees that drive employee engagement.
