We are seeking an experienced, strategic, and results-driven Sales leader to lead and scale our Sales organization. This role is a key leadership position responsible for driving growth across our expanding portfolio, including InMotion Hosting, RamNode, Web Hosting Hub, BoldGrid, and our emerging InMotion Cloud product lines.

As Director of Sales, you will own Sales performance, build and develop high-performing sales teams, and execute strategies that accelerate growth across multiple product lines. This role will drive the adoption and optimization of AI-enabled CRM workflows, sales analytics, and intelligent automation to accelerate revenue growth and optimize individual and team selling effectiveness. What You’ll Do

  • Build, lead, and scale a high-performance Sales organization, instilling a culture of accountability, disciplined execution, and continuous improvement among a growing team. We currently have a team of about 10 and are mid-transition, identifying how Sales Engineers and different specialists may fit into our structure.
  • Own enterprise revenue performance, driving predictable growth through rigorous forecasting, pipeline governance, and consistent quota attainment across all product portfolios, helping lead growth from $45M to $100M over the next 5-6 years.
  • Define and execute the company’s sales strategy, aligning priorities with corporate objectives to accelerate growth across Hosting, Cloud, and IM Cloud solutions.
  • Expand market share and unlock new revenue streams through vertical expansion and AI-driven analytics that increase upsell, cross-sell, and recurring revenue.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to optimize the end-to-end customer lifecycle, enhance retention, and maximize lifetime value.
  • Identify and capitalize on emerging market opportunities, including expansion of InMotion Cloud and next-generation infrastructure solutions.
  • Shape go-to-market strategy and influence product roadmap, leveraging customer insights to guide innovation and competitive positioning.

What We’re Looking For

  • A proven sales achiever with a strong track record of driving significant revenue growth in hosting, cloud, SaaS, or infrastructure environments, responsible for owning and scaling revenue across subscription-based product lines
  • Someone highly skilled in leading and mentoring sales teams to achieve optimal sales conversion rates, customer retention percentages, and fostering a high-performance, metrics-driven sales culture
  • Experience using AI for lead enrichment, forecasting, enabling sales teams with AI tools and coaching on AI workflows
  • Ability to operate both strategically and tactically in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment

We’re looking for an Enterprise Account Executive to proactively build and manage a strong sales pipeline while nurturing long-term relationships with high-value clients across our Cloud MSP product lines. The ideal candidate brings experience selling Saas or cloud infrastructure solutions and excels at connecting product value to real business needs. 

In this role, you’ll engage with both inbound and self-sourced leads to connect buyers with solutions that meet their needs while driving customer satisfaction and loyalty.

What You’ll Do:

  • Respond to inbound calls, chats, social messages, and ticket/email inquiries from prospective customers.
  • Generate and nurture new business by building your own pipeline through outreach in relevant digital channels.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience in mid-market, enterprise inbound and outbound SaaS sales.
  • Proven ability to manage relationships with executive-level customers.
  • Cloud infrastructure sales experience is preferred. 
  • Experience with CRM systems and disciplined use for pipeline hygiene; HubSpot preferred.

We’re looking for an experienced product growth leader for our Cloud Division to drive the product strategy, GTM, and expansion of our Managed Service Provider (MSP) solutions for mid-market businesses. In this role, you’ll own the product vision while ensuring alignment with business objectives, customer needs, and market trends. You’ll continually shape our private cloud infrastructure offerings to be highly competitive, including AI enhanced experiences, value-focused solutions, SLAs/SLOs, and other industry leading enhancements for global expansion. 

What You’ll Do:

  • Define the strategic growth and tactical execution plan for Product, Sales, and Marketing. 
  • Set iterative growth KPIs/OKRs and track success against business goals.
  • Perform market research and build lead pipelines by interacting with customers and prospects, attending trade shows and joining other virtual communities. 
  • Improve product positioning, competitive battlecards, pricing strategies, and Go-To-Market strategies.
  • Evaluate competitive offerings and explore innovative solutions to continually strengthen product differentiation. 
  • Extend sales and marketing channels through Business Development activities, launching into new markets.
  • Review the Sales funnel and Marketing lead generation performance, directly reviewing data, coaching others, and setting targets to achieve stretch goals.

  • Identify opportunities for 3rd party integrations, specifically focused on MSP-related B2B solutions to increase value or generate additional revenue.

What We’re Looking For:

  • 8+ years of experience as a successful product leader with growth-stage enterprise SaaS products and services.
  • Experience aligning the roadmap for Sales, Marketing, and Product team members. 
  • Expertise with successful GTM of mid-market enterprise SaaS products and sales-led motion within technology sectors. Hyperscaler, private cloud, IaaS, DevEx, FinOps, or other relevant product growth experience strongly preferred.  
  • Demonstrated experience with multi-year business financial planning and product strategy as it relates to product line management and growth. 
  • Strong knowledge of public cloud, private cloud, server architecture and related software/hardware solutions.
  • Experience managing multiple product lines and projects simultaneously while analyzing complex data to make strategic decisions. 
  • Excellent organizational, planning, and time management skills, with the capacity to work collaboratively across all levels of the organization. 
  • Ability to span both strategic planning and tactical execution while building and maintaining relationships both internally and externally.
