We offer both Managed Dedicated Servers and Unmanaged or “Bare Metal” Dedicated Servers for those who would like to self-manage. On the Managed Dedicated Servers, we manage both the hardware of your server and the pre-installed Operating System (OS) and architecture stack of your choice (such as LAMP) with cPanel and WebHost Manager (WHM). Any updates or security patches are installed and maintained by us as well as having a maximum 2-hour hardware replacement guarantee.

Can I upgrade my dedicated server's hardware?

We do offer hardware customizations on existing Dedicated Servers for our India-based customers, but it is recommended you add them on at the initial purchase as any hardware changes once the server is active would result in downtime for your server. The cost varies depending on the upgrades. Contact our Sales team for prices. Hardware configuration options differ depending on data center location.
