How do I send emails from cPanel with a dedicated IP address?
If you want to send emails from your dedicated IP address you will need to configure your Exim Configuration Manager. The default setting on cPanel servers is set to send emails from the server’s primary IP address. Depending on your hosting plan, you may or may not be able to access this feature.
