- Subject to Universal Terms of Service: The following SUBPROCESSORS LIST (“Subprocessors List”) supplements and is subject to InMotion Hosting, Inc.’s (“Company”) Universal Terms of Service (“UToS”) , which are incorporated herein by this reference, for which Company is a data processor. Capitalized terms used and not otherwise defined herein shall have the meanings set forth in the UToS.

- This Subprocessors List identifies subprocessors authorized to process Customer Content or Personal Data related to the Websites or Products. Pursuant to agreements with subprocessors, such subprocessors will be permitted to process Customer Content or Personal Data only to deliver the services Company has retained them to provide, and each is prohibited from using such data for any other purpose. For more information visit Company’s Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, and Data Protection Addendum. Subprocessors may provide services related to the Website and/or Products or other online products and services offered by Company. The Subprocessors List below may not apply to previews or other products or services not yet in general release by Company.
