I received an error after installing Joomla on Softaculous. I cleared my cache - How do I make sure it is going into a blank folder?

Hello cristibug1,

Thank you for your question. I investigated this error, as per the Joomla forum, it seems to be caused by a missing: params.ini file.

When I looked at your files I noticed there were several partial installations of Joomla, Uninstalling the ones you are not using via Softaculous, will clear the files out of the folder.

You can also delete folders/files via FTP, and File Manager.

If you have any further questions, feel free to post them below.
Thank you,

-John-Paul
