Not Receiving Email and SSL not working

Hi,

I am not receiving email on webmail.

I checked the SSL certificate and it says that mail.domain.co.jp is 

DNS DCV: No local authority: “mail.domain.co.jp”; HTTP DCV: “mail.domain.co.jp” does not resolve to any IP addresses on the internet.

Could someone help with this issue?

Thank you for contacting us regarding Email and SSL not working. If you own the domain, I would check that the nameservers for "domain.co.jp" are pointed to your correct DNS server. Then check the "A record" for the subdomain "mail.domain.co.jp" and ensure it is pointed to the correct IP address.

This should help you verify the domain is pointed to the correct server that should be handling your mail.
