My emails are missing from my inbox, sent items etc after about a month. I need records of my emails and I cannot afford to be missing emails. How can this be fixed? Looks like it happens in cPanel and Outlook.

Hello, thank you for your question regarding missing emails. I'm sorry that you're having this issue, but I'm more than happy to help. If you chose a POP-3 configuration setting when setting up your email on Outlook, you can select to "Leave a copy of messages on the server" for x amount of days. After that time, those emails would then be removed from the server. I would recommend contacting our Support team to provide account-specific assistance regarding your email.
