Help with Redirect

I want to do a redirect with https://www.*********.com/snap/?refid=11449936

It tells me that I can't do a redirect with a "?"

How can I get around this?

Thank you for contacting us regarding issues setting up a redirect. I tested this on a Shared Hosting account and I am able to successfully setup a redirect that contains a question mark.
