Thank you for contacting us regarding a failed email from a form. According to the error provided (), your form is attempting to transmit email from InMotion servers using InMotion is not accepting these emails since Gmail is not a valid mail server for your domain. The following is the part of your message that indicates this:

"Sorry! This server is unable to send email from this domain:
. Please try sending from a domain on this server."

When I look up the MX records for your domain, it shows that your email is handled by InMotion servers, not Gmail, and this seems to be causing the problem. As the error indicates, I recommend using a domain that is hosted at InMotion such as "" instead of using Gmail.

Alternatively, if you want to use Gmail instead, you will need to use SMTP protocol for your form and update your MX records to reflect this change.

If your problems persist, I recommend contacting our Live Support team so they can provide account-specific assistance and review the server's mail logs for additional errors or clues, at the time of testing.

Thank you,
