How do I switch from Premium Web Builder to WordPress?

I have set up my site in Premium Web Builder but I would like to change to WordPress (cPanel). How do I do this?

Hi Janice Austin,

Thanks for posting your question. I'm more than happy to assist you. You'll need to install WordPress first. WordPress can be installed using Fantastico in cPanel. Here's a link to our tutorial on installing WordPress using Fantastico de Luxe:

There's a few things I wanted to make mention of:

You will be starting over when switching to WordPress. There is no way to transfer your existing content from your Premium Web Builder site to WordPress.

If you decide at any time, you want to start using Premium Web Builder again, you can simply re-publish your builder site and it will replace WordPress.
