Why was my account moved to a new server?

My account was on ecbiz97. Mon, 16 Jan 2012 04:08:55 -0500 I got a notice that it had been moved to ecbiz115.
Why was this done? What ramifications may it have?

Hi Timatidg, I took a look at your account, and your account was moved to another server because it appears it is using resources outside of what is normal on the shared platform. I can understand that may be a bit vague, and we do have more information you can read on the matter here: Understanding Server Loads.
