Why is the web analyzer and logaholic hasnt been working since I signed up months ago.

I keep getting the phrase "Where working on it, but we can updated for you"... Excuses.... I am very disappointed that it takes this long and it still is not resolve. IT professional for over 20yrs and was always able to solve any server issues... If you have products and packages with your offer, you guys should make sure they are working properly before signing some one up.... The error I get everytime I hit update is :

"Error: Log is currently being processed in the background. Cannot update"

Our apologies for the inconvenience with the website statistics issues. When the server is under a high amount of traffic, certain programs - like awstats- are not given precedence to run. Critical programs such as the web server programs, and database programs are given higher priority. Additionally, there are cases when the stats programs do not restart and must be restarted by the systems team.

I reviewed your account and did notice that you have already called into live support. As per management, your issue is being handled by the Systems Team and they are working to make sure that this issue is resolved in a timely manner. The live support team is available 24/7 and will get back with you as soon as the issue is resolved. I let management know that you again had contacted us in regards to this issue.

Our apologies again for the issues you've been facing with the stats programs.
