Unable to log in to one of webmail accounts.
username and pw are correct.

Hello Sindal,

This best way to deal with a login issue with Webmail will be to simply reset the password in Cpanel. We cannot see the passwords for email accounts. So, if there is an issue with them, we would simply go into the Cpanel, find the email account, and reset the password. Remember that the passwords are case-sensitive. Additionally, the user name for the email account is the entire email address - not just the name. For example, someone@email.com versus only "someone" when logging in.
