PHP Pdo Module

Hi,

I installed the ownCloud script and I get the following error:

"PHP PDO module is not installed.


Please ask your server administrator to install the module."

Is there something I am doing wrong? Can I install the module, or do I need InMotion to install it? I appreciate the help.

Hello Oze,

Depends on the PHP PDO that you're trying to install. Checkout PHP Extensions and Applications in yuor Software/Services section of your Cpanel. Run a search for PDO in that section (click on the icon labeled "PHP PEAR Packages") and you can run the install yourself for the PDO labeled:

Structures_DataGrid_DataSource_PDO (0.2.0) - DataSource driver using PHP Data Objects (PDO) and an SQL query

Not sure if that's what you need or not. If it's not correct, you will need to request the installation of the extension through an email to support@inmotionhosting.com. Make sure that you include a thorough description of the extension you need. Also provide verification info: the last 4 digits of the credit card on the account OR, the Account Management Panel (AMP) password.
