Creating a quiz would require coding, which is not something you can do directly from the Drupal WYSIWYG or standard editor. You can, however, check for Drupal modules that allow you to create quizzes.
I have located one for you, it can be found here. There are a couple of versions available, depending on the version of Drupal you are using.

but I trying to make assessment ou questionneires more quiz ( and I use webform and radio button ) and then make reports for them (questionnaires ) so can i use quiz module or codes or other thinks

when the student select the options (never ,almost always, sometimes,rarely ) for all questions in a page then I will sum the answers for each question for ex: never = 0
rarly = 1
sometimes = 2
always = 4
answer of q1 +answer q2 +answer q3 /( 3) number of questions
than I'll sent this Result to a report ,it will be some guidances to the students what they must do
