Why is my FTP connection timing out?

FTP connection to ftp.pvmd.org does not work - timeout.
Uploading files in CP interface also does not work.

Help!

Hi Serge,

Thanks for posting your question. I'm more than happy to assist you today. You can use your cPanel username and password as FTP credentials to login. Can you provide me with the exact error message you are receiving as well what FTP client you are using? Here's a link to our FTP guide.
