Need help setting up FTP using FireFTP

I had to reset Firefox and lost settings for FireFTP log in. Somehow I can't find the right combination to get it to work again.
It asks for "host", is that:
inmotionhostion.com
or
ftp.adatshalomla.com
It asks for Login:
I'd like that to be for the subaccount LArents.biz
It asks for Password:
Is that the password I used to log into support center
or
is that the password I used to log into control panel.
Finally .. where can I go to change all InMotionHosting passwords to one password?
