I cannot install WordPress from Fantastico, it gives the below error, but I just bought this domain so it can't be reached the limit. What is the solution? Could you please fix it?
"You have reached the maximum of allowed MySQL databases. Fantastico can not proceed with installations until you upgrade your account or reduce the number of used databases (for example by uninstalling a script)."
Thank you

Hi BurcuKanat, WordPress (and most other applications) require a MySQL database. After reviewing your account, it appears you have the Starter Plan, which does not include any databases. In order to install WordPress, you will need to upgrade your account to the Basic Plan, which is the lowest plan that offers a MySQL database. If you'd like more information on how to upgrade your account, please see: How to Upgrade or Downgrade your Hosting Plan I hope this helps! If you have any follow up questions, feel free to post a comment at the bottom of this page. |
