I'm having trouble checking usage statistics from cpanel. When I use Webalizer, the data stops at Sept. 3 -- there's nothing reported after that date. It's the same thing with Logaholic. I just can't figure out why, and it's frustrating. The domain is drkathleenmchugh.com.

Hello Marks,

We apologize for the frustration with using Webalizer. The process for updating the stats sometimes requires intervention at the server. Stats updates are often delayed due to other server processes taking precedence (due to server loads). And there are occasions when the process of delaying the stats updates affects the actual update. If you see this happening, you can call into live support (available 24/7) and ask that they have the stats reset. I spoke with a systems person before responding to your question and they went ahead and killed the current stalled update process and restarted it. This doesn't mean that the stats are immediately restored. The stats will still need to be run on the server and this can take a few hours. Please allow for a little of time for the process to finish and then check it once more.

If you have any further questions, please contact technical support or leave a comment at the bottom of the page.

Regards,

Arnel C.
