Hello 1Worldtravel, I'm not sure which of the stats programs you're using, but if you're using the ones included with Cpanel then you're using either Webalizer or Awstats. The main problem is that depending on the server load, the stats program may have been deferred due to other critical services. These service include MySQL, Apache webserver, etc. They basically have priority over running the stats. Uncommonly, the service might get stuck and will require that a systems administrator review the issue for correction. After completing the reply to this question, I will be sending a ticket into support for you in regards to the issue.
