Transfer was not complete

So after waiting MONTHS to get the AMP access codes, despite sending many emails to my sales guy at I finally received access. But now there's a problem. All the emails, filters, etc. were not transferred over to your server. That said, I need you folks to do that, please. I really want to be done with my existing host ( and move everything over to you.
Hello Capturehits, Sorry to hear about the delays and frustration with your email account. In the course of going through your account I noticed that you also have a support ticket. Our live support responses are private as opposed to public, so please respond to my reply (to your ticket) through email. I checked with the systems person who completed your transfer 2 months ago, and they indicated that the cPanel tranfer from your old host had been completed. They did double-check the permissions on the files that were transferred, so please review your account again and see if you don't see the emails now. If you continue to have problems, then please respond to my response to your ticket. Please provide further information such as the email address for the account you're looking for.
