I registered at at InMotion Hosting and activated the link as requested. However, I could not be able to access through "AMP LOGIN". It asked for email address and password which I have no idea over this. Can you please assist me in a successful login and what to do next?

I'm a new user. Just completed AMP password set up but it says I need to complete the captcha to login. I did not receive / see captcha anywhere on the site or emial. What do I need to do ?

Thank you for your question regarding issues logging into AMP. Here is a helpful link to our AMP Login guide. Your username is the email address you signed up with. You should have received a "Welcome to InMotion Hosting" email with a link that lets you create a password. You may have to check your spam box.
If you did not receive this email I recommend contacting our Live Support team so they can assist you personally.

Sorry for the issues with your login. When you first setup the AMP login, you may not see the Captcha that's used in the login. You should be able to see it if you login to Inmotionhosting.com and then select the AMP login. It would look like this:

When logging into your Account Management Panel (AMP), be sure you are using the primary email address for your account along with the correct password. Although if you are receiving a password change mail to a specific address, that would be the correct one.
If you are still unable to log in, you will want to contact the Live Support department at [email protected] with that request so they can evaluate the situation with you live and correct the issue.
