How to transfer domain to another registrar

I am considering transferring my hosting and domain to another provider. I am familiar with the process but I cannot seem to access the unlock code since the registrar is Melbourne IT and I do not have access to their site. I have found plenty of info on how to transfer a domain here but not any on how to transfer out. I know I could just change the nameservers but quite honestly I don't like the fact that I do not have full access to managing my domain. Am I missing something simple in AMP that would allow me to do this ?

Hello Cjparsons, Thanks for your question with transferring your domain away to another domain registrar. I checked for domains on your account and there was only one. Any domain with InMotion was moved to our new domain registrar (OpenSRS- Tucows) this past year. This means that you will need to work with them to get it transferred.
