Softaculous cloned site not appearing?

Using the Softaculous cloning app I cloned an existing OPENCART site under a new 'addon' domain and the cloned site files now exist within it's own folder under the new domain in the main directory. However the site does not appear online nor does it's associated'admin' panel ? Not sure what I've done wrong?

Sorry to hear you are having issues with your cloned OpenCart site. Unfortunately I do not have enough information here to be able to investigate. If you do not mind providing a domain name, I can then try to locate your account and see what I can find out.

Hi Scott, thanks. I didn't provide any details as I'm not hosted with inmotion and figured I'd get no answer then. I didn't know where to turn to get answers using the Softaculous cloning tool and only came across inmotion when searching online for help. So I suppose my details wouldn't help since my account is not with you folks. Thanks.

Hello doctorwho,

We understand and we try to help everyone. It is just much easier when they are our customers as we can see behind the scenes on the servers. What specifically are you seeing when visiting the site? Is it a white page? Do you have error reporting enabled on the OpenCart to see if it is throwing any configuration errors?
