cannot fix high usage data
I received a e-mail of my account having high resource usage data, and I want to know what I can do to fix it. I called customer service and they said to just reply to the email and they would be able to tell me what is causing the high usage, but no one is replying.
The best way to proceed is to wait for our system administration team to contact you back as they will need investigate your account in order to prevent account resource suspensions.
