Error Message Received when Publishing

I received the following error message when I tried to publish my web site:
"The site cannot be published to the specified location.
The specified site location does not have ionCube Loader support. Please contact the server administrator."

I am using Premium Web Builder, and selected the option to add a counter to every page. I then received the error message when trying to publish. When I unselected the counter option, I was able to publish with no error message.

Is there a reason that I cannot add the counter?
Hello, As long as the publishing credentials are correct, the builder should publish for you. If you are still getting the ioncube loader error, the account may need adjusting on the server side. Please contact the Live Support team so they can look at your specific account. Kindest Regards, Scott M
