Email created in HTML but arrives at recipient as standard text.
When I send a message from my RoundCube email account it shows up as standard text at my other email accounts and any other email account I send it to and I can't figure out why. All other email I receive at the other accounts shows up as HTML. Is there a setting I need to change?
You may want to check the display settings to see if you have it set to display HTML messages. This is found by clicking on "Settings" in the upper right corner of your RoundCube interface. Then click on the "Displaying Messages" selection from the menu that appears. There will be a list of settings. Among them is a checkbox that says 'Display HTML'. Make sure to check that box and then click on Save.
