email sent to me returned as undeliverable

I emailed a friend; when he replied to my email, it was bounced back to him as undeliverable. From: Mail Delivery Subsystem
Hello, Thank you for your question. Since there are many reasons for an email to be returned, they must be handled on a case-by-case basis. Our Bounceback parser tool, may help determine the reason behind the returned email. Otherwise, please provide the full returned email, so we can investigate further. If you want to do it in a secure setting (instead of this public forum), I recommend forwarding the returned email to Live Tech Support for review. Hello, Thank you for your question. Unfortunately the information given is not enough to be able to review and identify what is wrong. You may, however, want to send the bounceback email to us at [email protected]. Be sure to label it "ATTN: Scott M" and then reply below with a comment saying it was sent as that email address is not monitored for incoming email.
