Sharing Email Inboxes

Hi there, my director has been "sharing" our main inbox ([email protected]) with two other employees but, all of a sudden this morning, she is unable to see the inbox.  Can you help? 

How would you rate the customer service you received?

Nothing changed in the way emails are being synced...she just strangely stopped being able to see the emails from our main email address.  She's been able to "share" the main email box for years now.

Hello and sorry to hear about the emails possibly missing. A few recommendations:

Ensure everyone is only using IMAP to sync emails. Emails may have downloaded to an email app.

Enhance email authentication to protect email communications. This protects against spoofing and spam.
